so i might be late but how do you get quest for the dregs promise,queensbreaker bow .etc please give me an actual answer
oh and just use the exotic khovostov it just melts him even before the first mines if you all use it
i have done it three or four times.

exotic fallen weapons are no longer tied to a quest, they simply drop upon completion of the appropriate prison of elders event, which is level 34 or 35 for the year 1 versions, or level 42 challenge of elders for the year 2 version. its random so you just gotta do CoE until you get the one you want.
