Not until at least Fall 2017. The exclusives web page has said that since before RoI came out.

I saw Fall of 2016 on PS Destiny website but maybe they forgot to update it. https://www.playstation.com/en-us/games/destiny-ps4/exclusive-content/ Almost at the very bottom in the denote section. Oh well. Maybe one day.
