I think its common knowledge that bias is a very natural and abundant source in all of us. Whether its political, personal or whatever it is you have bias for.
The question is whether people can truly have no vais towards anything, we hear cries for unbiased news yet there can never be such thing without The smallest bias in some way. Think of something you love or agree with and find an opposite ideology that contradicts some truths to it. And then question you're of if you still prefer that ideology even though it has many faults.

It's possible to write reports etc. with no bias. It's not possible to live without bias, unless you're completely apathetic.

While I think it's impossible for someone to be completely unbiased, I do think it is possible for them to work with it. Acknowledging the existence of your bias, to yourself, and others, can help to mitigate it. Establishing baseline criteria, agreed upon by all sides, to quantify/judge something can also help to mitigate the influence of personal bias.
