Well it's a time loop, and they are trying to get the aegis out... hmmm... where have I seen the Aegis outside of the Vault? *GASP* The new Nexus Mind Strike! They must have succeeded, but it took them a really, really long time. [spoiler]I'm wrong aren't I... Oh well. It seems like the stranger... Maya? Is going through a time loop that she has already been through for a really, really long time. They are trying to bring the Aegis out of the vault, but why? Isn't that the only way to defeat Atheon? And is the stranger different in this timeline? Hmmm... [/spoiler] I wonder where this is going. It reminds me of the "time loops" that we go through when we come back after dying permanently in raids, strikes, and story missions.
