Just wondering if you have been around since the release of Destiny? If so, do you not remember this exotic weapon called the VEX? If you undo all special weapon nerfs (fusion rifles) then those that have it will simply equip the vex and wreck in pvp. It acted like an auto rifle sniper.

Yes, I've been around. There would have to be some exceptions, I'm referring to base, legendary specials.
