If minority groups generally have weaker attainment, then these results aren't racist they're representative. It isn't equality to give every minority group 'help', or alter the test, just so that an equal percentage of them pass the test when that doesn't fit the rest of society. If for some reason the proportions were vastly different than in testing generally, then it would make sense to change the test, because that would infer something discriminatory.

I agree. And how discriminatory is it to say, "well since you are a minority we are going to lower our standards for you." When these sjw's (not all liberals) do this they are making the assumption that because of the color of their skin they are stupid and have to have the bar lowered. And yet they claim to be "helping" and "representative of minorities". I would be freaking pissed if they said/did that to me based on skin color, i would hope most would.

Allowing poor quality teachers into the educational system could only contribute to the problem. Better teachers in inner cities and poverty stricken neighborhoods is what'll help.
