Simply put, I believe they nerf'd the Grasp/Clever Dragon HRoF pulses much more than necessary in the ammo department. Having braced frame and yields 18 in the mag for Clever Dragon rendering it useless for more than one engagement or if you land all crits you can maybe take two guardians. But let's be honest, you are more than likely going to miss a critical shot if you're going in aggressively. In the least, 21 rounds for max stability (Braced Frame) HRoF pulses would be acceptable, no?
