Every time I see a guardian die permanently in a story, it always feels taboo among them. Like wrecking a burial ground. It always feels deep and saddening.

I definitely intended it to feel exactly like that while still showing the Eliksni perspective that the Sha'Ir are very antagonistic and violent - they always keep starting shit lol ;)
