Balance is NEVER about pleasing everyone. There are never going to be "perfect" changes but they do what they do for the sake of the majority of the player base. Which is not the know it alls.

But the majority of the playerbase are people unhappy with bungie's balancing don't say that that that's not what the majority of players is
