If it's a major chain the guy at the counter has zero say in what your old games are worth. Corporate sets the buyback/trade prices and they are what they are.
That's not to say that the guy wasn't hoping you'd sell some cool stuff on the cheap so he could buy them for the sell price that corporate set...
...with his employee discount factored on on top of that.
Your [b]far[/b] better off selling them on your own.
