You mean all sidearms spawn with ammo now, not hand cannons.
All sidearms have always respawned with ammo though, there has never been a sidearm that respawned without ammo.

No I'm not. It is 33 for a crit, not 35. And 27 for a body shot. And, with very slow bullets, your math completely skips bullet travel time. But, again, I await a video of you getting a 0.5s time to kill with a Dregs Promise. I believe the term is, "Put up or shut up."
