Your plan for the Switch?
What are you doing about the Switch? How hyped is you??? I know I am at max hype level!! :)

6 RepliesI'm getting day 1. If RE7 makes its way over to it, I'll get that. I was going to get it on PS4, but I want a Switch version where they optimize HD Rumble. And Fifa. And Skyrim Special Edition. Solid Year 1 lineup, with more to come.

Literally no reason for me to buy the switch right now. Literally the only games I might consider buying are Mario or Zelda, and I'm not buying a console just for that. My ps4 is still functioning fine, and mass effect is out in a couple of weeks so...

I'll probably get one if they get a decent lineup of games. As it stands, Breath of the Wild is the only game that remotely interests me, so it would be pretty silly to buy a $300 console for one game. Now if they made a new Metroid Prime style game, I would absolutely get one.

4 RepliesZelda is the game to get and I have a Wii U. It's just too hard to justify a $299 purchase. Shit I barely have enough time to play games these next few months anyways. I'd love to get a Switch but I think I'll be holding off until Holidays at the earliest. I'm also hesitant because I could totally see a slick revision of the device with a longer battery life not being too far off the horizon.

I'm a student with a loan to pay off for a new car that I just got. I can't afford a new console currently but April 22nd is my birthday. Growing up, I never asked my mom for very much. I told her about the console and told her I wanted it for my birthday along with Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. If she can make it happen, I'll have it by that day probably.

1 ReplyI want Zelda with all my heart and soul. But I can't bring myself to buy a Switch just for that. And I'm not really that interested in the other titles coming out for it. I mean Mario looks alright but, eh. Now if they were to announce another legitimate Metroid game, another Super Smash Bros, and/or maybe some more remakes of older games, I'd seriously reconsider

2 RepliesI am going to see how the release goes and how the games are reviewed. I haven't bought anything Nintendo since GameCube. This is the first system I'm interested in due to the play anywhere feature. However Nintendo still has to dig themselves out of their third party grave for my interest to raise exponentially.
