How can you fix something that has never been broken?

  • The word fix implies tweek, buff, nerf or repair. But I'm not sure what you are saying. Are you saying that sunsinger is fine the way it is (which in my and many others opinion, it's not)? Or that it never needed to be nerfed from the start or that I had a poor choice of words.

  • Nothing in this game is fine and gamers will never be satisfied. So you tell me what fix, broken, adjust, tweak, buff, nerf actually means? Because from where I stand, this sandbox crew shouldn't have one finger print on this game.

  • Ahhh I get you. For one we just want to try and improve things that are not seeing as much use or are weaker by comparison. Also, in life and in gaming we don't have to be satisfied (at least not completely). Most people want more and constantly look for what's next. In gaming, it's close we want a fun experience that gets better and better. We want more updates and content after we have completed everything. Destiny, due to its nature, always leave people wanting more too quickly. It's okay to not be satisfied sometimes.

  • The more quickly actually has do with Bungie. They went from the base game with 2 expansion to one expansion a year. Then from that one expansion after y1 literally nerfed more things and nerfed more times then any company has done in a 2 year period. The updates are far and few and added content has become less. I can't see how on why this community is where it is. In real life it's not always how much or how big things that are giving to you that can leave you content. This is where Bungie has failed in their game because what they have given has only been a get me by for the last 2 years and nerfing everything is not what anyone can call a rotation. It's just nerfing thing making them have less of a value and stretching out content. Games are meant to be fun. It's a shame this company doesn't look at it that way.

  • Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong in wanting changes. It's just know how Bungie is doing it is not their only option. There's a theory going around that Bungie is trying to make this part of the game seem like garbage at this point in the game. The reason for that is to make D2 look like y1 was.
Oh really?
It's just a theory but I'm starting to believe it's true. Look at this last patch and this last livestream. It looks like more of a set up then anything else. No one in there right mind after 6 months would have pushed a patch out that they new had a huge problem in it. Helth regen? and not do anything about it until the community went app. Bungie had 6 months knowing this. Besides all that they are on a deadline and they need that Insurance Gamers will buy. Because if they miss this deadline there isn't going to be a fourth installment because all the other ones they have missed. It was sure thing to jump on because not only did they make a prompt response. They added a couple carrots to keep Gamers around. The ole, see we listen and to show we care after a year and a half of refusing, will add the thing you wanted on a couple weapons. A lot of hamers just took the bate and didn't even see it.

  • No I was aware I just like the game having fun with friends. Like how people were saying y1 was basically alpha.

I edited that last statment. Good know you are aware. I like y1 and had over 250 frends on my frends list because I liiked helping gamers run raids at the time. That's when the game was fun for me. All them people don't play anymore.
