I agree with a lot of this speculation, with a few exceptions... The city will fall during the Cabal attack. Guardians and survivors are forced to evacuate to the Jovian moons. Several NPCs will die in the attack on the city, including Shaxx. Much of Destiny 2+3 will focus on re-taking Earth, an alliance with the Nine, etc Here's what I think is coming for Spring content.. we get some contact from Lysander and the Concordant, who are taking up base in Old Chicago. They will be linking us with the Jovian colonies when D2 launches next year. The Spring update will include 4 'new' exotics... The Dubious Rocket Launcher, Y3 Pocket Infinity, Y3 Vex Mythoclast, and Y3 Necrochasm. VoG or Crota will be updated with SIVA enemies. Then, maybe a very very small summer event. Last update before D2. E3 will give us a D2 preview, but despite the Activision report... don't be surprised if it still isn't delayed until Q1 2018. Bungie will lose some of their profit sharing, but they can't ship an unfinished product. Keep in mind this is just personal opinion and speculation.., NOT fact, and NOT insider info.
