If you've had any kind of moisture problems in or near the room you store your remotes in, look at your port or the plug for the mic, and check them both to make sure that moisture buildup isn't causing problems.
Actually, if you've had any kind of liquid in proximity to them at all I'd check just to be safe.

I doubt its that. The audio on both sets work on both controllers though.

Edited by Sigmar: 2/18/2017 12:37:18 PMI had moisture buildup happen to mine, it killed audio but not voice input, and to this day I don't know why it didn't just short or something.
