You do know that there is a period when the fetus doesn't even have a conscious right? For the first while, it's just a bundle of flesh and guts. And where I stand on the matter, I'm in the grey are. I think a woman should have the option to decide if they want the baby or not. A case of sexual assault or in the event of the baby having a high probability being born with a terminal illness it's understandable. However, there are times when it is completely dumb for it to happen. Most babies have been bore very prematurely, like at 26 weeks, and lived because they were developed just enough to have a chance. Heck, I was actually 3 weeks premature and I'm completely fine. Really, it depends on how you look at it.

On day 22 it has its own heartbeat pumping blood throughout its body. That blood could even be a different type than the mother. Day 22 is much too soon to know if a woman is pregnant.

I'm gonna have to stop you on that whole blood thing. A mother and a developing baby share the same blood supply up until it's ready to be born.
