Did you:
a. Buy RoI off PSN Store if so you may just need to re-set you licences.
Or
b. Buy RoI off a retailer. If so they should have given you the code for it. If you did not receive the code this is a matter for the retailer not Bungie.

I preorderd it from Game and got the code but when i typed the codes in it only gave me the iron gjallerwing and has gave me nothing at all about iron gjallerhorn

This is a matter for Game as there were reports of retailers not giving the codes out for certain items. ie. some got the code only for the G-Horn while others like you only got the code for the sparrow and horn.

Alright i have contacted game and they have said they will try to send me another set of codes out, thanks for the help
