Decreased maximum range by five meters across the board.
Drastically increased the severity of damage drop off
[b][u]Increased[/u][/b] the spread of bloom
Increased Initial accuracy (First shot)
Hot damn, what a buff....

I think they said that the bloom will be gone if you let the gun fall to rest, so if you pace perfectly then bloom will not be a factor, which is huge! Now let's see if they follow through with what they said.

I agree but in my anecdotal experience I've always had major initial accuracy problems with Hawkmoon. It should be a fairly decent option.
