No. It's for year 1 stuff, let's not add to the loot pool forcing people to pay real money for silver dust :/ just let it drop from iron banner.

If I wanted a full set of regalia armour I'd have to suffer with getting companion gear just because they threw it in the loot pool. Silver dust is directly linked to the dismantle of unwanted ornaments that can be purchased or acquired once a week. They're fine the way they are, if you want companion why would you say put it in a semi-paid collected currency and not from playing the game?
