I actually thougt about how cool it would be if they added stark tower or something like that

If they do it, I could see a random encounter of a guy wearing a red sweatshirt and blue pants attempting to swing off of a building and then falling to his death. Or maybe add a quest that requires you to fight a guy with a flamer, a woman with a stealth boy, a super mutant in orange, rusting armor, and a scientist (with a whip maybe?).
