So then your also saying that twilight garrison should provide -6 recovery also then??

No. Twilight requires you to be in air to activate and is not an inherent perk of the Titan subclass. Also, visibility is not reduced when using the garrison. It is still very easy to see the target and continue shooting them. On the contrary, shadestep cancels out grenades and is difficult to see when it is activated.

You can 'dodge every nade and weasel out of every one shot engagement' with either of the maneuvers effectively. Not to mention that a titan could kill faster out of a garrison in many Means than a wombo 'nuke'. Personally I break as many ankles if not more with twilight garrison than shadestep.

Garisson require you to disengage when a nade is thrown at you. Shadestep puts you back in battle immediately.
