On the clan's page click "Interact" > "Set as active clan". There is no timeframe of how long it will take for the Clan Tag to show in-game.

I did but it said pending but Im In the clan

Once a clan has 75 clan members, the Founder or admin must approve all others to be accepted in the clan - therefore, you received the "pending" status. My advice is to send a message to the Founder or one of the admins.
