You could just pick up the axe and revive lol maybe give it back to the guy once he's up. Is that really so hard to comprehend?

That's what he's talking about. I'm not sure how finding it a nuisance to drop what your currently holding so you can pick up something else so you can then actually revive someone = lazy and irresponsible. I'd actually love to know how it's irresponsible.
