Surely I am not the only one who uses a weapon that causes other to go 'Uh, why exactly are you using that?". My favourites are:-
- Hard Light: The over-penetration is very good in PvE when fighting mobs, hits very hard causing enemies to stagger constantly, really good range and just very fun to use in general!
- No Time To Explain: This gun is SO under-rated is hurts. Really good in general PvE activities, smart drift control basically gives it Counterbalance, Headseeker always a nice addition to a pulse rifle and extremely good against bosses
- Thorn: It may be garbage in PvP now but the same does not apply for PvE. I use this gun all the time in PvE. The stackable burning deals a lot of extra damage and keeps major's shields out of action for a long time. Plus a lot of people don't seem to know that the Mark of the Devourer benefits from Small Arms too.
Edit: seeing plenty of great suggestions: Haakons Hatchet, Herja-D, Khvostov, Lyudmila and more! Keep em coming guys, love reading your personal favourites! I forgot to mention my Lyudmila-D: Glass half full, braced frame, counterbalance. Love it!

It's just -blam!-ing garbage. I wonder how many have had a seizure due to that weapon. It actually gives me migraines if I use it for too long
