Bait them into a turn around any corner and as soon as you know their close jump up and watch them pass over you. once the figure out whats going on their already dead. additionally you can slow them down by stopping them with grenades or slowing them with any status effecting melees. best gun to use against these guys is their own weapon. SHOTGUNS!!! :)
