If Platinum Games could develop it then Platinum games couldn't develop it. Unless Sony is going to give them more time and money than Xbox did, it won't be a different story. Looking at how long it takes for other PS first parties to launch, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw it at 4-5 E3's before it's launch under Sony.
