Sadly I figured this would happen with so very little info on the game. I wouldn't be surprised if Crackdown 3 is next. I'm very much regretting buying my xbox one because the exclusives so far are crap besides Dead Rising 3 which I love

As far as I know it's for the Xbox one as well. I haven't seen a game yet exclusive for the ps pro or scorpio

Microsoft is not setting many limits on that. If the dev wants to only make a game for the most powerful console but risk cutting out the majority of players, they can do that. It makes the shift of players to new consoles more natural than before. We'll see the Scorpio running at E3, I'm calling it.
