Being a Siren is pretty fun. Granted, I am a Siren main so I'm rather biased. However, Mechromancer is pretty damn fun, as well as Gunzerker.

I love the Mechromancer except for one situations... [spoiler]in the end sequence (after fighting the Warrior) my -blam!-ing Deathtrap killed Rags all the time and destroyed the feeling of the scene...[/spoiler]
