Used NLB last night for my 50 primary kills on the weekly shax bounty. It was awful. I wanted to cry at the end of it. But i can definitely see how it can be very powerful with practice and mastery. But it is not a gun you can just pick up and be good with.
Disclaimer: im not really good with most guns so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Oh absolutely. It has potential but you need practice. Not a lot, but a decent amount. The scope, sway and reload you really need to get comfortable with before you can start doing the montage clips you see on YouTube.
