I played Northstar and i think its weak, i have two things that could help making it more appealing. *buff flight core, make it sprew a ridiculous amount of missiles. *have pinpoint hipfire accuracy.

Hmm. I see what you mean I always use Flight Core as a mean of Distraction for my teammates to push in. Maybe they could make the Projectile of the Plasma railgun travel faster. The travel time does make it hard to hit crit spots at range sometimes. Although other than that I feel like Northstar is pretty good all around without any buffs

Or just make the rail gun hitscan.

I feel hitscan would be OP tbh. Titans have rather big crit spots so it would be far too easy to hit them and do insane DPS. Its either they reduce the travel time a bit to make it easier while not touching the damage output or they could make it hitscan but reduce the damage a bit to compensate for how easy it would be hitting the crit spots.

Low damage relative to her mobility and health.

Lowest damage?! Stay at range and hit those crit spots! You take a big chunk of health if you hit them plus you are at safe range
