The difficulty for normal is the last option it should be the second option and hard mode should be last .
This is fake. Will they bring back raids yes but these pictures are fake

Not only that but the level 42 version has ascendant materials as rewards lol if they ever update those raids (unlikely) the gear won't have the same upgrading system.
