Why does everyone focus on weapons? There are pieces of exotic armor that are less useful than perfume on a shitwagon.

Because they're really no hope for shite exotics. Ones like the Alchemist Raiment would need an entirely new exotic perk to even be usable, and at that point, why not just make an entirely new exotic?
