No it hasn't, I was trying to glitch in for a long time. Door was sealed shut, and I had completed campaign already.

Sorry. I misread your post. I thought you were talking about the path Up TO the Regeneration Center - not inside of it. I'll have to check it out. I have not been down there exploring in quite a while.
