I think what he was saying was if two people met one with chaperone one with matador, matador could kill you outside chaperones range. For chappy to kill outside a ranged Matty, it REQUIRES a headshot. Why use something that's harder to use to get the same result. Therefore, according to tc, chaperone is useless vs a range rolled matador. And one is considerably harder to acquire. I think that was the point...? For the ppl in the headshot range/ rate of fire argument.
