Speculated this awhile ago. But yours is more in depth and explains the actual lore behind it.
In my post, I did highlight that there are new "Classified" items in the Database with the item description as a Star Wars Easter Egg. The description being "All will be revealed in time, young Padawan". With Lysander and The Concordat being the Rebellion in Star Wars. Could the Traveller and the Speaker be the Empire?
Could the Classified Items be Faction Weapons, Armors and Accessories for the Concordat?
Possible Faction Wars Live Event?

I'd rather it be the april update than just a live event...with a new social space in the city itself, inspired by the concept art.

I was hoping to see enemy guardian AI in the game with last year's april update, taken guardians and whatnot. This would be a good excuse to implement it with "warlords" carving out areas of influence outside the city in the name of the concordat.
