Being a mod is a thankless job. Thanks to all the ninjas who keep this kinda crap off the forums (mostly.) You do know that you will possibly be able to reverse a ban by talking SENSIBLY with the mods. You calling Duardo a neckbeard shows your immaturity and unwillingness to co-operate. You will possibly get banned for this post - yet again - because you raise no arguments but instead just rant on at the Ninjas. If you do you deserve it. EDIT: Apparently, they won't discuss bans at all EVEN WITH THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN BANNED. That's totally unfair and is not right at all.

  • Actually you are able to talk about your ban, Cozmo personally messaged me after my post "Bye Destiny, you let a daily player down" got me banned (i checked the reason and it cited "Disruptive post" showed my whole post. I talked to Cozmo and he said it was spam (I had 1 post lol) so yeah you can talk, but they always think they're right. Also, they get butthurt easily and they're feelings get hurt so we gotta use soft language on them. Lol, I paid a good amount of money for this game, you're an employee- you are my Female Dog- (and vice Versa to where I work for now, I live to serve my client) you as an employee better make sure I'm satisfied or else you lose good business.

  • Your sense of entitlement is unwarranted. The employees are not your bitch, and as a customer you are not always correct. You and people like you are literally the reason everyone hates customer service jobs. Your failure to treat people like people is probably the cause of a significant amount of issues you probably have with companies.

  • Hey, I was on the end of Customer Service at one point in my life as a Tommy Bahama assistant manager- holy god- old people and clothes really Do drive you nuts- and I complained but I still got the job done for them cause the customer is always right, and they have a lot of power as a consumer. I'm sorry but that's just how businesses run and how they should run, you are IN BUSINESS TO SERVE THE PEOPLE in order to SERVE YOURSELF. It's time tested and true. Customer is always right (and if you're a salesman, it's even more important). My sense of entitlement? Not nearly as big as a liberal's sense of entitlement. I work for my food, home, water in the insurance and investment business (the business of which is NOT HANDED TO YOU, I started with cold leads and I now have a team of 60 solid agents in California under my independent fiduciary model company in which I get to average a pretty residual income and yearly income- please note it wasn't handed to me- I do MMA to focus on my physical and mental health, they don't have a belt system, they have a tutorage system in which I have to prove myself more than once that j deserve to move up in training- and everything I've done so far I've had to earn the hard way without it being handed to me. So please don't assume my sense of entitlement is gross. Stop using personal attacks. We paid A LOT OF MONEY for this "QUALITY" game, I think even YOU deserve a lot more respect and consideration from Bungie. The way they treat their customer base is dissatisfactory in most cases as this whole forum is only full of complaints (please note I recently posted something counter to a complaint, a compliment for their dawning update and everything I liked). I do agree however that people need to complain in an educated- constructive tone rather than a whine. I may have come off a bit offensive in my last post but it's too true. Even Bungie has taken steps to tell us that they are now opening their ears more (check Lost Sols posts where Deej responded). I figure that their user numbers have dropped from August to now. It's dropped about 20% according to Destiny tracker (15-20%) and it continues to decline up to now.

  • You lost me once you started rambling about liberals. This has nothing to do with politics, and you sound more entitled than any left leaning person I've met. Paying for something does not give you the right to abuse an employee in any form. Period. At my place of employment, I don't tolerate the customer is always right bullshit. We are there to help and satisfy customers yes, but as soon as you start verbally abusing us because something isn't going your way, or any reason for that matter, security is escorting your ass out the door whether you had an argument or not. My employees are people, and they will be treated like people. I value my employees happiness and my employees trust that I'm on their side more than I value an asshole with deep pockets. Customers are a dime a dozen where I work, good employees are hard to come by. I'm not risking losing a good employee because "the customer is always right." And the company I work at is doing fine by the way, because we value our good employees more than we value getting every possible dollar into a register.

  • Well sadly my manager before wasn't like you, I was always in the top 5 in all of nor cal for sales and was abused cause the customer is always right- got verbally abused by him cause the profit of the store and company was more important than me anon. It drove me to 5150 cause I worked my butt off only to be downed by my manager cause I didn't close a deal, forgot to clean one thing assigned to another guy, and so on. He began to make fun of my dad and what not as well. I guess I'm a little bitter anon cause of this experience, sorry for showing those colours. I know deep down my employees satisfaction is right, I'm just really bitter about it cause my old manager did everything counter and is still the new manager there hiring only white employees as well- kid you not there was 10 applicants at one point and only one was white, everyone else had experience in our particular field and averaged top 10 in sales (our store was in a high traffic area so the good salesmen really wanted to come by), however he picked the white dude with no experience in our field at all, fresh out of high school - reason being he's tall and looks good. Day we got him he couldn't hit 1/4th of his own quota so he started stealing my sales. I reported it to the manager and he said it's fine, I do the same and I get a warning and hours cut. Idk I guess I had a really bad experience and I'm super bitter about it. Sad part is that model works, they profit, they step on you for it.

  • They don't discuss game bans, but you can pm a ninja & ask why you got banned from the forums. I did it before, & the ninja showed me the comment that got me banned & explained why it was against the rules.
