Rap - the enormous amount of illiterate and thuggish fans that comprise of the fanbase.
Metal - the prodigious amount of arrogance and self inflated ego the fans can't help but display. The repulsive trend of long hair doesn't help withal.

Stereotypes usually aren't created out of thin air. Majority or minority, there are undeniably immense portions of each fan base that fit the bill I've ascribed.
