Hello,
Players who attempt to access Destiny content without a recognized license for the base Destiny game, or a disc copy of Destiny, will be launched into Trial Mode. If you have encountered this issue, you may wish to restore your platform licenses. Hi. The problem is that I've downloaded everything the new console will let me download, but it's missing 2 items. It is missing the Expansion Pass, but I still have House of Wolves and Dark Below installed. And it is missing the Vanguard and SUROS weapons packs which I don't really care about. The provided image shows that I have ALL expansions installed, but for some reason it is still telling me I'm in Trial mode.

It's the lack of the base game - aka vanilla Destiny, Destiny with no expansions - that causes the trial mode launch. Do you have a disc for Destiny? When you installed on the new console, did you use that disc?

I did have a disc at one point but I shouldn't need it anymore..? When I got ttk I get the digital download I thought.

The standalone TTK expansion is just that - an expansion. If you purchased a version that included a digital base game, first try restoring license: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that doesn't work on its own, uninstalling the game, followed by a license restoration, would be the next step.
