i have had a similar problem 6 bounties a day would be nice i love the queen as well but regrettably deleted the armor once the dark below came. I wish there was some thing like strike playlist or a faction medal that we could buy like if we were ranking up a faction from the tower that we could get if we wanted to rank up the queen would definitely make getting this armor easier. 3 levels and only a cloak each time :(

I've only just started getting the bounties so I don't know how many you can get per day yet (6 today) but for some reason I can only get them on one character not my alts.. Anyone know why?

My warlock and Titan have the bounties but my hunter doesn't

I'm pretty sure that you need to have completed the taken war quest line from Petra to get the bounties on a character. I haven't tried yet but that sounds about right.
