Nope. Only way to get the pre-order items is to have the pre-ordered version of Rise of Iron. If you no longer have, it won't let you use the items.

I know that, that's why I'm asking bungie to provide me with access to the content I had pre-ordered. I'll wait for a bungie employee to tell me yes or no.

But you returned your pre-order item. You cant keep the bonuses associated with the pre-order. Sorry to say, but you wont be granted access to those items
