Yes, I haven't seen any kind of consensus. I've seen people say: --connections are much better --connections were much worse --people were stomping --people were getting stomped --high skill players stomping --low skill players no longer getting stomped --people thanking bungie for the changes --people saying crucible is unplayable and they're going to play other games
