Sorry dear, no ghost would touch him ( also there is nothing but ash from him)
The hive didn't make him, it was his own fear.
The vex can't predict guardians so wouldn't do that.
And Siva needs long periods of time to work it's way into a creature to puppet the corpse. Not o it is there no corpse of Yor, the body wouldn't be any different then then the iron lords

This, except the vex wouldnt be able to get him not because they cant predict/simulate him, but rather because guardians are paracausal beings not bound to time, using time travel shenanigans wouldnt work because though the effects of a guardian can be felt in the past they dont actualy exist in the past, guardians strictly exist in the present only. Its like time is a river and guardians are on a boat flowing down the river, they can move faster or slow down, or even fight the currents but they only ever exist in that one part of the river and nowhere else.

His ghost isn't confirmed dead
-
Never said it did dear, but Yor sent it away.
-
So what? How does it affect it coming back
-
It wouldn't come back, the ghost was glad Yor was killed dear
-
It was reluctant in the last card, it wasn't glad at all what are you talking about?
-
In the last thorn card dear The ghost talked about killing Yor. Sounding almost glad he could be killed
-
No it didn't, it resisted leaving him heavily then told him if he orders him away he will die alone. He obviously still cares about yor
-
True, the nine card says they are ghosts, could the "nine ghosts" possibly be a prophecy of nine fallen guardians whose ghosts resurrect them to destroy the traveler once and for all since alone they couldn't do it? A possible DLC?
-
Interesting theory
-
Thanks
-
I don't think they are going to destroy the traveler but the thought of ghosts returning back to guardians they abandoned is very interesting
-
Well we know Dredgen Yor's goal was to purge the light and he was nigh unto invincible so imagine nine of the most powerful champions of the darkness
-
I think his end goal was to push guardians to be as strong as possible, so he would kill them till someone was strong enough to take him and the rest will learn from the one that could kill him.
-
Not necessarily, for example, he killed Jared and the other camp people(thorn2) because he was bored and they were running their mouth, if he wanted to push them then he would have let them live but just barely, Dredgen Yor needed to feast on light to grow more powerful (sword logic) so he killed the guardians and consumed their light
-
Or he could have destroyed palamon because that would be the easiest way to find Jaren ward who was a known protector of the town. Remember Yor hunted many guardians who were known as champions.
-
Yor (your) statement could go either way, either he hunted champions to consume their light or to test them, we don't know, also he did destroy Jared's town, that's why Jared was out there hunting him
-
His ghost was there so he is supplied with as much light as he needs and we never saw anything about his goal because his ghost thought he was just mindlessly killing, if he was collecting light j think his ghost would have mentioned it during their argument. Remember he described himself as a hurricane
-
Edited by fergul0: 5/9/2017 8:31:06 PMHe was dismissing his ghost, why would he tell him his purpose, also, a hurricane picks up the things it hits and uses them to damage other things Edit: also even though his ghost was there, I doubt the ghost could have done anything, ghosts work on light. They couldn't resurrect a taken, hive, or Vex but they resurrect humans, exos and awoken because they have fragment of light still in them From the Golden age. If Dredgen had fully fallen, which we are assuming, he would have had no light to resurrect. He probably let the ghost go to raise another guardian since he assumed he would never die
-
Nope his ghost still followed him also I know he didn't tell the ghost his plan but if his plan was to harvest light his ghost would have seen him doing it
-
He clearly wasn't open when he took their light, but his "light" was much different than ours. His was life's light. He says the human bandit had a spark of light, just a spark but something. The bandits had been killing followers of the traveler sooooo
-
Oh no dude every living thing has a little light, that's all the bandits has just the spark of light everyone has
-
Then hive have light, their just undead fallen
-
Plus there's no corpse, he got killed with golden gun...probably it's just a theory since golden gun looks like the last word
-
I said that dear, he is just ash.
