How would memory of holder do anything of the sort? Not even correlated at all...?
-
Memory of Jolder eliminates the sprint cool down Mr. Knowitall.
-
The cooldown to perform a sprint yes... how does that have to do with giving shoulder charge no cooldown at all...? He just said he saw people do it from a standstill or right after using one... whole he probably mistook that for something else like twilight Garrison reducing the sprint cooldown does not affect should charge as it still has the same charging function and window.
-
Same charge function yes but without the sprint cool down, you can stop and start into a sprint right off the hop, yes you still need to create that wind effect so to speak to trigger shoulder charge but the lack of sprint cool down reduces the timing window. Although I've never tested it myself so I don't even know if it does effect it or not.

Yeah but my point is it doesn't explain at all what OP is claiming to have seen. Standstill use or immediate reuse.

But it is correlated. It ignores Sprint cooldown and you can quickly start up Shoulder Charge again. At a price, though.
-
I've thought about that but I've seen it happen before the RoI came out when being a shoulder charge hero was a thing.... I'm just curious. Maybe I'm see it all wrong and that the angle I have makes it appear that they get the second shoulder charge off immediately or that it appears that they get it off from a stand still.

It could be the servers eating booty. They tend to do that
