I dunno. I sometimes reacted a bit to spaghetti but never so badly like the other evening. It was barely a plateful and I at spaghetti and later that night I was in so much pain! I was gagging and I couldn't sleep because of the pain in my stomach. My doctor said it could've been the flu but I doubt the flu lasts just a day. So now I'm trying to avoid gluten products

Try not eating gluten for while to see if it happens again then when you think it is the gluten bare through the possible pain for a day and test it by eating some gluten. Then you will be sure
