No raid kiosks, it defeats the purpose of playing the raid for loot.

You would still have to attain them in game first. Then the kisok would unlock it. Just like the exotic kiosk or ship/shader kiosks.

So all I have to do is run the raid until I have all the gear, then it's irrelevant because 400 gear is so easy to come by.

Which fulfills the collectors role as the main point. Now we can just get the armor whenever and it won't fill our vault space.
