I have one question; where did Jesus go from the top of the truck? My best guess is that he slid in the hatch at the top, and plans on either killing Neagan or taking Carl back.
Also I knew the group from the previous episode had something to do with Neagan.

The final scene as they drive off from the latest episode, Carl drives to Enid in the episode before that. Hope that cleared it up

But what hatch? I'm sure there's just something I'm not getting, but Jesus jumped in through the back of the truck.

Oh he did? I must not have seen that, but as it did the slow zoom away from the truck at the end of the episode I coulda swore I saw a hatch up top...

There probably is one. A lot of trucks like that have a hatch.
