I didn't care much for JC2, JC3 though is just mindless fun.

Honestly, the most fun I had with Just Cause 3 was taking over a base while dodging Bavarium nukes. Seemed possible and in fact was possible. Only later did I unlock the mission to turn off the nukes. The developer's idea of fun activity is fighting off waves of enemies.
