I haven't played FF XV but I don't use fast travel. I played both Witcher 3 and Skyrim and never use the horses. So I wouldn't be to upset that I can't use the car

I just like using the car radio, cause I love "one winged angel" while I'm driving

I don't remember but it's before chapter 4. It's like in the leisure tab or whatever the music falls under. It's super cheap too
