This series is irritating me, to be honest. I don't like how we always get ridiculous side plots as an entire episode (Morgan learning that peace philosophy/Tara's last episode). A. No one really cares about them, especially not as much as the main plot line (Negan/the Governor, Rick.) B. Why is it a whole episode and not just a five minute "this is where so and so is".
Not only that, they spent a whole episode introducing the Kingdom, instead of showing it periodically within an episode with Negan and Rick, like the graphic novel did and like literally any other show or book would have done.
Having come from the graphic novels, I love what they've done with the main story and actually think they've made Negan better than he was in the novels. That said, I'm getting a bit tired of the way they present the show. Game of Thrones should be setting the standard. Show numerous characters in numerous areas in the same damn episode. That way, everyone sees what they want to see.
Back on topic though, this episode was great. It was already one of my favourite parts in the novels, and they've done it just as well here.

I like and agree with your sentiments on this. Well put.

Thank you. I otherwise love the show, it's just little things that bug me.
