I wouldn't sweat too much about it honestly. It is not like you could hack the game to get it and if they decide down the road you should not have it, they'll just remove access to it from you. I have seen this happen on occasion where someone who did earns the emblem logs onto your console. It will remain active for a short period of time but eventually say something like requirements not met
